Lowbed Semi-Trailers (Lowboy) for Heavy Machinery – 60 to 150 Ton

Lowbed semi-trailers – lowboys, as most buyers call them – are what we build for excavators, wheel loaders, drilling rigs and other heavy machinery that will not fit on a standard flatbed. We make two lines: 60-100 ton two-axle models for routine hauling, and 100-150 ton three-axle models for mining equipment and the heaviest machines.

Standard specs

60-100T lowbed: 2 axles (optional 3), 12.5m deck, 2.5-3m wide
100-150T lowbed: 3 axles (optional 4), 12.5-14m deck, 2.8-3m wide
Hydraulic detachable gooseneck or fixed gooseneck – detachable makes loading from a ramp much easier
Hydraulic ramps fitted as standard on the 100T+ models
Q345 high-strength steel, load-tested before shipping
BPW, Fuwa or ZF axles – BPW is our most common recommendation for lowbeds because of the brake quality on steep grades

Who buys lowbeds from us

Construction equipment dealers moving excavators between sites, mining contractors in Tanzania, Zambia and Kazakhstan, and oil-field operators in the Middle East. A 60T lowbed with hydraulic ramps runs from about USD 18,000 FOB Qingdao; a 120T detachable-gooseneck unit lands closer to USD 28,000-32,000.
